Store Policies
Please be aware that if you are over 30 minutes late for your dog's scheduled pickup time post groom you will be charged a late pickup fee. We advise that all customers book their grooming appointments 2 weeks in advance of their desired date for optimum booking opportunities. In the best interest of others, we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. By booking services online you are agreeing to the Terms of Agreement for our grooming services. We encourage our clients to give us feedback and maintain a line of open communication on how we can serve you better.
